Lamb Chops

Lamb chops, asperagus, feta cheese, warm sour dough rolls, and new potatoes in salt and butter.
Lamp chops are ity bity, but easy to cook. Basically season, brown in a skillet, finish in the oven at 350 degrees. I overcooked these but they were still pretty good.

Easy enough for week night fare.

  1. Yum! The potatoes look amazing ~ I can't wait to dig some up from the garden and see how "home grown" compare to what we've "purchased" in the past.

Are the rolls from your "magic dough"?

  2. Yup, those rolls are a mix of the pumpernickle version and the sour dough white. Mmmmmm.

Have you tried the recipe yet?

  3. Yum-o. We will miss you tomorrow. We are sad to hear that Cutie's sister has passed away. We would like to pay our respects if possible. (I believe they came from the same litter).
